STAFF
The Villa Renata team works in the therapy community of the same name on Lido island, taking care of young adults with drug abuse problems. The team is made up of psychologists, psychotherapists, educators and community operators who work daily in the facility while supported by external professional figures such as supervisors, general medical practitioners, professionals and operators of the sending facilities, and EPU. Dr.ssa Patrizia Cristofalo
Clinical Head
A psychologist and psychotherapist, Dott.ssa Patrizia Cristofalo is the Clinical Head of the Villa Renata therapy community on Lido island. She welcomes newcomers into the community, conducts pre-reception talks, and runs the team of the operators. Her full CV is at: CURRICULUM europeo Cristofalo
Dr.ssa Tiziana Gavagnin
Group psychotherapist
Psychologist and psychotherapist trained at the ASVEGRA Specialization college in Padua (associated to C.O.I.R.A.G.), Dott.ssa Gavagnin has been group psychotherapist for patients in the reintegration phase since 2015. Since February 2016, she has also been group psychotherapist for guests during the residential phase of Villa Renata.

Individual psychotherapist

Dr.ssa Antonietta Salvatore
Individual and family psychotherapist
Psychologist and psychotherapist trained at the Specialisation School “Istituto Veneto di Terapia Familiare” in Treviso, Dott.ssa Salvatore is an individual and family psychotherapist responsible for the family psychotherapy, and leader of counselling groups for the parents of the guests of Villa Renata.
Dr. Carlo Bovo
Educators' Coordinator, Educator
Dott. Carlo Bovo is a graduate in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Padua. He is Coordinator of the Educators of Comunità Villa Renata. Together with Dott.ssa Cristofalo, he takes care of the pre-admissions in the Community. He is also responsible for educational and training activities in the Orto project (vegetable garden).
Pierluigi Rasera
Head of Reinclusion
Community Operator, Pierluigi Rasera is a family and civilian mediator, qualified at the Veneto Institute of Family Therapy in Treviso. He is in charge of the reinclusion phase, co-runs, with Dott. Salvatore the Counselling groups for the parents of the Villa’s guests, co-runs, with Dott.ssa Roberta Tamiello, the counselling groups for the parent couples of Casa Aurora and Villa Emma, is President of the cultural and voluntary association EXIT.
Dr.ssa Micol Parolin
Psychologist
A psychologist and research fellow at the Department of Development and Socialisation of the University of Padua, since 2013 Dott.ssa Parolin has been collaborating on the research project “Evaluation and Monitoring of young adults with substance addiction disorder in Therapy Communities”, coordinated by Prof. Simonelli.
Dr. Marco Anzovino
Educator
Graduated in Social Services Sciences at the University of Trieste, enrolled in the Order of Social Assistants of Friuli Venezia Giulia, musician and composer, Dott. Matteo Rocco
Educator
A Community Operator, Matteo Rocco works as an educator in the “Villa Renata” Community on Lido island, and, together with Maria Chiara Ghezzo, is co-leader of the “Sport in Villa” Project and the activities and competitions related to football, running and mountain biking.
José Mawete Biwaka
Nurses
